But there is no one-size-fits-all path.

That's why Ground Me brings together astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys and numerology into personalised experiences designed to help you understand yourself with greater clarity, compassion and confidence.

Hi, I'm Karina.
For years I searched for answers outside of myself. Like so many women, I thought if I could just find the right routine, the right mindset or the right advice, everything would finally click.
Instead, what changed my life was understanding how I was already wired.
Not becoming someone different.
Becoming more myself.
Today, I bring together astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology and tarot to help women understand themselves more deeply and live in alignment with who they truly are.
More than anything, I hope that when you spend time here, you feel seen.
Because I've learnt that self-understanding isn't about fixing yourself.
It's about recognising the person you've been all along.
